# How can I have a new verification code sent to me?

If you have not yet verified your account, when you log in you will be automatically redirected to a page where you must enter your verification code. There is a separate button here which you can use to have a new verification code sent to you. Please then check your e-mail inbox and the corresponding SPAM folder.

# My verification code is not available or will not be sent.

If you have not received a verification code, please proceed as follows:

  • Please first check your e-mails in the SPAM folder (in Outlook “Junk e-mails”). It is possible that the e-mail with the verification code was forwarded from your mail server to this mailbox.

  • If there is no e-mail with the verification code in the SPAM folder, you can have a new verification code sent to yourself. There is a separate button where the verification code is to be entered. Afterwards, please check your e-mail inbox and the corresponding SPAM folder.

**IMPORTANT: Only the last verification code sent is valid.

If you still have not received a verification code, please contact your administrator.

# My verification code is invalid or no longer works.

If your verification code is no longer valid, then either too much time has passed or you have entered an outdated verification code. In these cases, please have a new verification code sent to you.
