Please check whether the audio and video settings in the session dialog are configured correctly. You can access this dialog via the gear icon in the blue box at the top left of the session. Here you can select various devices and test them at the same time. Please note the tooltips displayed.
Has the device approval been confirmed by the browser? Checking this approval works differently for all browsers. When activating the camera or microphone for the first time, a pop-up dialog appears in the browser. This indicates that an attempt is being made to access the camera or microphone. Have you clicked on “Allow” or “OK” in these dialogs? You can change the saved setting in your browser settings.
