Server and Address

The software is operated on different servers. First determine which server you are using (e.g. location "Germany" or location "Switzerland"). This results in the address which you must use in the browser.

As a licensee you have received an e-mail containing your login details and your server address.

As a contact you have received a contact request from which the server results. You have subsequently created your own account on this server.

As a guest at an Ad-hoc meeting you do not need to register. The link in the invitation will take you directly to a meeting.

Once you have identified the start address, it is advisable to create a bookmark for this address in your browser. This gives you convenient access at any time with just one click.

Initial setup

To set up your account for the first time, you will usually receive your initial access data at the e-mail address you provided when registering, which contains the steps required to set up your account.

If you follow the link in the e-mail, a form will open where you can enter your password. You must enter this again to ensure that you have entered it correctly.

You must then agree to the CAI World terms of use in order to be able to use it.

In the next step, enter the confirmation code you received by e-mail to verify your e-mail address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. As an additional security measure, set a question in the password reminder that must be answered correctly to reset your password.

Once you have completed this step, your account is set up. Congratulations!

Special case: Forgotten password and reminder question

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. This function is included in the login dialogue: "Forgotten password".

To reset the password, you must enter the correct e-mail address and answer the reminder question correctly.

Please note that the reminder question must be answered with the correct number of characters and is also case-sensitive.

If you cannot answer the reminder question correctly, please contact support.

The reminder question was defined by you when you first registered.

Switch to CAI world

If you are still on the CAI GmbH company page after logging in, you can switch to CAI World by clicking on the "Start CAI World" button.

If you want to switch back, click on your account picture to open a menu where you can switch to the desired interface via the "My Sites" item.
